What this site is
An informational site for 78 East Labs. It describes the products we build, the founders we back, the work we do with companies, and the learning material we publish. It is not a product you buy here and there is nothing to sign up for. We may change, add or remove anything on it at any time.
The content is ours
The words, the design, the artwork, the code behind the site and the product names all belong to 78 East Labs. Read it, quote it, link to it, send it to a colleague. Please do not republish it as your own or pass it off as somebody else’s work.
Applying and enquiring
Sending an incubator application or an enquiry starts a conversation and nothing more. We aim to reply within a week, but an application is not an acceptance, an enquiry is not an engagement, and neither creates an obligation on our side or yours. If we do go on to work together, the terms of that will be written down separately and agreed by both of us. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a commitment of funding.
What you send us should be yours to send. If you would rather not tell us something confidential in a form, do not — tell us in the conversation that follows instead.
Academy material
The Academy courses and guides are free and are published as they are, with no warranty of any kind. We write them carefully and we still get things wrong. Check anything you intend to rely on before you rely on it, and do not treat any of it as professional advice for your particular situation. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Where we link to somewhere else, that somewhere else is not ours and we are not responsible for it.
